Course Description

This one-off class introduces the topics of violent and nonviolent communication, with the aim of improving our connections with each other. Nonviolent communication is a concept developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg which focuses on empathy and understanding. These principles will be discussed in a variety of examples, including parenting and Cesar Millan's The Dog Whisperer.
